Furthermore it would be nice to synchronize the minio buckets as well.
Either to some Hetzner Storage Share, some S3-compatible cloud storage like Wasabi or Backblaze or some dedicated service like rsync.net or BorgBase.
I have used restic for more than a year now to backup to Backblaze.
Will probably completely substitute borg with restic in the future.
