Where should settings per label be added? Maybe some users would prefer to set a ntfy topic depending on e.g. severity.

Now that there are tags for resolved alerts, should those override the label specific tags or should instead a config option be introduced to specify tags just for firing alerts?
Maybe those settings need to be label specific as well.
